Join Siemens as an IT Business Analyst to shape, improve, and operate SiePortal solutions. You will bridge Business, Product Owners, Development, Testing, Operations, and external partners to ensure requirements are understood and deliveries meet business outcomes.

You will work in an international environment with a focus on continuous improvement, security, and governance across the solution lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Experience in delivering solution projects or application management.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and refine business requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and impacts of requirements.
• Define solution requirements, acceptance criteria and architectural concepts.
• Coordinate implementation with partners and technical teams.
• Define interfaces and technical specifications for SiePortal solutions.
• Validate delivered solutions and support testing and deployments.

As an IT Business Analyst (f/m/d), you will play a central role in shaping, improving, and operating SiePortal solutions. Acting as the bridge between Business, Product Owners, Development, Testing, Operations, and external partners, you will ensure that requirements are understood, solutions are sustainable, and deliveries meet the expected business outcomes.

Your mission will be…

In this role, you will act as the trusted technical partner of the Product Owner, ensuring alignment between Business, Development, Testing, and Operations. Your main responsibilities will focus on refining requirements, defining sustainable solution approaches, coordinating implementation, validating delivered solutions, and supporting stable operations throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Analyze and refine business requirements together with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Evaluate business and UX requirements from a technical perspective and assess feasibility, impacts, and implementation efforts.
• Define solution requirements, acceptance criteria, and sustainable solution approaches.
• Coordinate implementation activities and collaborate with implementation partners and technical stakeholders.
• Define and document solution architecture concepts, interfaces, and technical specifications.
• Define technical acceptance criteria and validate implemented solutions.
• Support testing activities and ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
• Support deployments, handovers, and production readiness activities.
• Operate, monitor, and continuously improve the solution throughout its lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with architectural, security, legal, and governance requirements.
• Support incident management, operational improvements, and service continuity activities.
• Act as the trusted technical partner of the Product Owner and ensure alignment between Business, Development, Testing, and Operations.

We are looking for someone with…

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience & Knowledge

• Experience in solution delivery, application management, or software development projects.
• Experience working with solution enhancements, operational support, and continuous improvement activities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
• Understanding of software development technologies, integrations, and enterprise application landscapes.
• Experience collaborating with implementation partners and service providers.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
