Job summary

Revolut Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead transformation across processes, automation, and AI-powered solutions. You will identify opportunities to simplify workflows, implement scalable tools, and work cross-functionally to boost efficiency and customer experience.

This role shapes the future of Revolut’s operational backbone. The candidate will drive initiatives from concept to execution, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Degree requirement: 2:1 (or equivalent) in a STEM or quantitative field.
• 5+ years in operations, process improvement, strategy and operations, or related roles.
• Proven track record in designing, improving, and scaling complex operational processes.
• Hands-on experience delivering process automation or workflow optimisation.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.

What You'll Be Doing

• Architecting, mapping, and refining comprehensive workflows to boost operational throughput and scalability
• Deploying AI and intelligent automation to eradicate manual work, eliminate friction, and enhance overall output
• Spearheading cross-functional projects from initial diagnostic through to solution rollout and continuous monitoring
• Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to convert business pain points into robust technical frameworks
• Resolving complex operational constraints through data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
• Tracking essential metrics to evaluate system performance, operational efficiency gains, and bottom-line success
• Fostering continuous optimisation by uncovering new ways to streamline, standardise, and automate existing procedures

What You'll Need

• An impressive academic background, with a 2:1 or equivalent from a leading institution in a STEM discipline or quantitative field, such as engineering, maths, physics, economics, finance, etc.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, strategy and operations, or related roles
• A proven track record of designing, improving, and scaling complex operational processes
• Hands‑on experience delivering process automation, workflow optimisation, or technology-driven operational improvements
• Experience managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and develop actionable solutions
• The ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through execution, delivering measurable business impact
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions or integrating AI into operational workflows
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, or other tools used for data analysis and automation
