What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and optimising global market expansion processes to launch card products in new regions
• Planning, leading, and executing projects to enhance core payments infrastructure in collaboration with engineers
• Leading product excellence initiatives to improve the end-to-end card lifecycle customer experience
• Managing critical relationships with key vendors across the entire card lifecycleIdentifying, planning, and executing improvements to optimise unit economics

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced environment
• A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Familiarity working with AI
