Qualifications

• A predicted or achieved first-class degree (or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, AI, data science, mathematics or related field.
• Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Knowledge of ML fundamentals and NLP/LLM techniques.

Responsibilities

• Owning the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features leveraging LLMs and ML frameworks.
• Collaborating with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to scale prototypes into production features.
• Building and optimizing data pipelines, prompt workflows, and model integration components.
• Setting goals, metrics, and roadmaps to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features, leveraging LLMs and modern machine learning frameworks
• Collaborating with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to turn prototype models into scalable features
• Building and optimising data pipelines, prompt workflows, and model integration components for AI assistants and automation tools
• Setting goals, metrics, and roadmaps to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Need

• A predicted or achieved first‑class degree (or equivalent grade)
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, mathematics, or a related STEM/technical field
• To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming language skills
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.), and modern NLP or LLM techniques (via coursework, research, internships, or personal projects)
• Hands‑on experience building and evaluating ML or AI models (e.g., capstone projects, open‑source contributions, or Kaggle competitions)
• Solid mathematical, statistical, and problem‑solving skills
• Full‑time availability from early or late 2027
• The ability to travel to a Revolut office in your country of employment
• A willingness to attend the office at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)

Nice to have

• Experience in product‑related work
• Experience as an entrepreneur or working in a startup
