Job summary

HN Services Portugal is seeking a Private Credit Officer to support clients investing in private credit, infrastructure debt and real estate debt. You will help deliver operational services across the loan lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires English – B2, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage priorities. Work setup is hybrid (50/50) in Porto, joining an international team and contributing to risk controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process operational activities and complete checks in line with procedures and risk controls.
• Review and reconcile data from different sources, ensuring its accuracy in internal systems.
• Handle client queries, assess priorities and coordinate with the relevant teams.
• Follow up on unresolved requests and escalate potential incidents.
• Prepare reports and gather information to support oversight and decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvements and help onboard new team members.
