Job summary

act digital is seeking a Junior Private Credit Operations Analyst to join its Portugal Private Credit Center of Expertise, supporting an international business focused on Private Credit, Infrastructure Debt, Real Estate Debt, and alternative investments.

You will contribute to the operational management of private credit portfolios, supporting activities such as Loan Administration, Collateral Administration, Middle Office, Depositary Services, and Loan Trade Closing.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience in banking, financial operations, investment operations, asset management operations, or related financial environment.
• Recent graduates with a relevant academic background are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in Private Credit and Alternative Investments.
• Good analytical and numerical capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Results‑driven and client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of Private Credit operations.
• Process and validate financial and operational information.
• Ensure activities are completed according to established procedures and SLAs.
• Perform operational controls and contribute to risk mitigation.
• Manage queries from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Produce reports and information supporting oversight and decision‑making.
