Job summary

Consort Group is seeking a Private Credit Loan Administration Officer to join the Porto team. You will deliver loan operations services for private credit and related assets, ensuring accuracy, risk control, and compliance with SLAs while supporting reporting and onboarding activities.

You should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, have about two years of experience in banking operations or asset servicing, and be proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Banking Operations, Financial Services, asset servicing, or loan administration.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Strong data analysis and reconciliation abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan administration activities following procedures and SLAs.
• Process and validate transactions with internal controls.
• Analyze, reconcile, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Produce reports to support decision making and oversight.
• Assist onboarding of new clients, products, and workflows.
