What you will do

• Monitor and follow up on activity deliverables, define KPIs/KRIs, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage risk by defining and deploying controls, handling incidents, and supporting audits.
• Promote client satisfaction through proactive query management and SLA adherence.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives, including efficiency improvements and system implementations.
• Foster continuous improvement and best practice sharing across teams.
• Drive people development through training plans, feedback, and succession planning.
• Support recruitment processes and ensure proper onboarding and training.

What you are like

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• 5–7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
