Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, client orientation and results-driven mindset.

Aufgaben

• Process banking and financial operations following procedures, allocations and SLAs.
• Perform operational controls and risk checks, including checklists and four-eyes validation.
• Analyse, compare and integrate data from multiple sources into internal systems, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage client queries, prioritise and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
• Extract reports, support decision-making and oversight activities, ensure client satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement and onboarding.
