Noesis is seeking an experienced software engineer to define and lead the technical vision and architecture of solutions. You will spearhead technology modernization initiatives such as cloud adoption and microservices, while also mentoring development teams to promote best practices in CI/CD.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical vision and architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead technology modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, microservices, integrations, and modern engineering and DevOps practices.
• Support and mentor development teams by promoting best practices in CI/CD, test automation, observability, and software quality.
• Act as a cross‑functional technical reference, collaborating with product and engineering teams on strategic decisions and continuous innovation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in .NET development and backend system design.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with distributed systems, including microservices and/or modular monolith architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proactivity and dynamism.
• Organizational and communication skills.
