The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of application development experience and 6 years in technical leadership roles, focusing on microservices architectures and cloud platforms.

Right now, we are looking for a Principal Engineer for a client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead the design and development of scalable and resilient application architectures
• Drive technical decisions and guide engineering teams on best practice
• Influence product evolution with a strong technical perspective
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems
• Architect and implement microservices and event-driven solution
• Oversee cloud-based solutions (preferably Azure) and containerized environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure observability, monitoring, and system resilience
• Support and mentor engineering teams, fostering technical growth
• Analyze complex problems and propose effective, innovative solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of modern engineering practices

You must have:

• Bachelor’s/Master’sdegree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
• Morethan 12 years of experience in application development;
• Morethan 6 years of experience in technical leadership of application solutions;
• Experiencewith microservices architectures, event-driven architecture, domain-drivendesign, and cloud platforms (Azure and GCP), as well as containers (Docker,Kubernetes), high availability, resilience, and monitoring;
• Experiencein projects involving a wide range of technologies and tools;
• Knowledgeof and experience with agile methodologies;
• Understandingof and familiarity with distributed environments;
• Criticalthinking and decision-making skills;
• Abilityto analyze complex information (essential for new challenges);
• Creativity(as there will be countless opportunities to learn).
