Noesis is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across Lisbon and other offices in Portugal.

You will automate deployment pipelines, support CI/CD, monitor performance, and collaborate with developers, product and security teams to ensure reliable, secure operations. Proficiency in English is required for cross-border teamwork.

Qualificações

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI , etc.).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Understanding of networking, security, and monitoring tools.
• Collaborative mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to communicate in English.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for professionals to work in one of our offices (Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra, Guarda, Covilhã, Castelo branco) with the following profile:

Infrastructure & Automation

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud-based infrastructure.
• Automate deployment pipelines and routine operational tasks.
• Ensure the platform supports continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Monitoring & Reliability

• Monitor application performance, uptime, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Implement strategies for scaling and fault tolerance.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth deployment of new features.
• Provide guidance on best practices for coding, infrastructure, and deployment.
• Collaborate with the product and business teams to align technical operations with product goals.

Security & Compliance

• Implement security best practices across the infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Integrate security controls and automated security checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Support security monitoring, logging, and incident investigation.

Profile

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI , etc.).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Understanding of networking, security, and monitoring tools.
