Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in .NET development and backend system design.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with distributed systems, including microservices and/or modular monolith architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical vision and architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead technology modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, microservices, integrations, and modern engineering and DevOps practices.
• Support and mentor development teams by promoting best practices in CI/CD, test automation, observability, and software quality.
• Act as a cross‑functional technical reference, collaborating with product and engineering teams on strategic decisions and continuous innovation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in .NET development and backend system design.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with distributed systems, including microservices and/or modular monolith architectures.
