WLG in Oeiras is seeking a cost and service delivery specialist to support the NATO training and academy business. You will ensure quarterly invoicing is accurate, analyze pricing and costs that feed real decisions, and handle ServiceNow tasks and reporting to keep activities traceable.

The role involves coordinating with finance, preparing proposals, and tracking CAPEX/OPEX estimates while maintaining strong customer-facing communication and rigorous data analysis for management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years progressive expertise in invoicing, cost or service delivery.
• Experience in project or service delivery management with resource oversight.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel, Power BI and Tableau to drive decisions.
• Experience with pricing estimation and proposal development.
• Track record in customer-facing roles and customer relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Generate quarterly reporting and ensure invoices are accurate and on time.
• Process daily activities: requisitions, PRs, travel requests.
• Prepare and support price proposals and training agreements.
• Support cost analysis, pricing, and CAPEX/OPEX estimation and monitoring.
• Manage daily ServiceNow activity and timecard processing.
• Lead bi-weekly delivery coordination meetings and be the customer focal point.
