WLG in Oeiras is seeking an invoicing and service delivery professional to support the NATO training and academy operations. You will oversee quarterly invoicing, assist with pricing and cost analysis that informs real decisions, and handle ServiceNow tasks to keep all activities traceable.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong project management or service delivery experience, advanced Excel, Power BI and Tableau skills, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• PM or service delivery management experience, including resource management.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
• Pricing estimation and proposal development experience.
• Customer-facing roles and CRM knowledge.
• Knowledge of project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Generate quarterly reporting and ensure invoices are accurate and on time.
• Process daily ServiceNow activities and procurement requests.
• Prepare and support price proposals, operational level agreements and service training agreements.
• Support cost analysis, pricing, and CAPEX and OPEX planning and monitoring.
• Lead service delivery coordination meetings and act as customer focal point.
