Infineon Technologies AG in Porto seeks a Pricing Senior Specialist to own distribution pricing, advise Marketing, Sales and Distributors in the EMEA region, and align pricing with division targets. You will apply product value insights and market trends to drive profitable outcomes while supporting internal quoting processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar.
• At least 3 years of pricing, marketing or finance experience in the tech industry.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus.
• MS-Office (Excel); SAP CRM and analytical tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own distribution pricing management and act as quoting consultant for Marketing, Sales and Distributors for the EMEA region.
• Own regional distribution pricing.
• Utilize product value and market trends to balance Infineon’s and customers’ needs for profitable outcomes.
• Collect, synthesize and communicate fact-based insights to drive strategies for Marketing teams.
• Provide excellent customer service for pricing/quoting topics from Distribution Partners in Europe.
• Provide support to internal teams in all quoting related matters.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• You will take ownership of distribution pricing management, ensuring pricing strategies in line with Division targets and act as a quoting consultancy to Marketing, Sales and Distributors for EMEA region.
• Assume pricing ownership of regional distribution business.
• Utilize knowledge of product value and market trends, balancing the interests of Infineon with the requirements of customers to create winning profitable outcomes in a variety of scenarios.
• Collect, synthesize and communicate fact-based insights to drive strategies and decision making for Marketing teams.
• Provide excellent customer service for all pricing or quoting topics from our Distribution Partners in Europe.
• Provide support to internal teams in all quoting related matters.

Your profile

• You demonstrate strong customer orientation and strong communication skills, that helps you to quickly establish successful cooperations.
• You have a self-driven working style and are willing to take responsibility, being able to work independently and to structure your own work.
• You furthermore have excellent analytical skills that support your attention to detail and focus on delivery.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Finance, Economics, Electrical Engineering or similar field of study.
• At least 3 years of experience in pricing, marketing, finance or similar functions in the tech industry is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of the Sales and/or Distribution side of business - ideally with knowledge of pricing and/or quoting and experience within the B2B area is considered a plus.
• Proficiency in MS-Office (especially Excel) - knowledge of SAP CRM and analytical tools is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) - German is a plus.
