Cyncly in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Customer Performance and Operations Manager to drive pricing strategy and retention insights. Hybrid work and a permanent full-time role position you to align four business units around value-based pricing and customer lifecycle metrics.

You will lead pricing strategy, forecasting and cohort reporting, coordinating with Billing, Sales and Marketing to land price actions and maximize renewal value.

Qualificações

• Experience shaping pricing strategy across multiple business units.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to partner with Finance, Sales and Marketing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set and maintain central pricing strategy across four BUs, with indexation and increases rationale.
• Facilitate pricing decisions with BU General Managers and Leads; manage exceptions.
• Identify value leaks and improve yield via scenario analysis; translate to actions.
• Lead annual price increase programs; plan waves and oversee execution in systems.
• Coordinate with billing, sales, marketing and BU Leads on invoicing and revenue.
• Reconcile price increases against budgets; feed forecasts and budget narratives.
• Build renewal cohorts; define common base for churn, retention and revenue.
• Report on renewal, growth and churn; provide cohort inputs for forecasting.
• Design self-serve dashboards; ensure data integrity from CRM to billing.
• Lead the Pricing Analyst and align cross-functional stakeholders.
