About the job

Cross Border Talents is looking for European Portuguese speakers ready to join our client's team supporting customers of a globally renowned jewellery brand!

Location: Lisbon (On-site)

Your Role:

Join the customer care team of a renowned jewelry brand, where you will provide assistance and guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat.

Requirements:

Native-level Portuguese (European) coupled with B2 English (written and spoken)

Strong communication and empathy skills

Availability to work on-site in Lisbon

• Previous experience is a plus but not required
• EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal

Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00

Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day

Initial paid training period is provided to prepare you for the job

Compensation and Benefits:

• Performance bonus: EUR 100/month (paid over 12 months)
• Meal allowance: EUR 7.23/day, net, paid in a meal card (around EUR 159/month)
• Health insurance: Available from day 1 (monthly contribution required; free after 6 months)
