Cbtalents is hiring a Portuguese-speaking customer support professional in Porto to handle online booking inquiries and provide friendly, clear assistance. You will resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.

The role includes both on-site daytime hours (08:00–17:00) in Porto and remote night shifts (18:00–03:00), with an attractive benefits package and ongoing professional training to support career growth in an international environment.

Formación

• Portuguese: C2/Fluent – European and Brazilian Portuguese accepted.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
• Valid documentation to work legally in Portugal.
