Primark in Lisbon is seeking a Property Manager Portugal to oversee acquisition and estate management across Portugal. You will report to Head of Property, Iberia and collaborate with internal teams to expand the store portfolio.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in property management, advanced English and strong Excel skills, with a focus on negotiating AFLs/leases and managing renewals and relocations.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of experience in property management or real estate.
• High/Advanced English language level.
• High level of Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop opportunities to expand Primark store portfolio in Portugal.
• Lead lease negotiations from AFL to signing with external lawyers.
• Prepare internal business cases highlighting strengths and weaknesses of new store propositions.
• Agree heads of terms and manage board approval processes.
• Develop contacts throughout the Portuguese property industry.
• Oversee day-to-day estate operations with Asset Manager.
• Achieve favorable rent review terms aligned with business objectives.
• Manage lease renewals and re-gears to support capex initiatives.
• Coordinate relocations and extensions to optimize costs.
• Produce timely workflow reports and maintain property database.
• Support Store Operations around handover.
• Coordinate advisors and consultants (surveyors, solicitors, etc.).
• Ensure project deadlines and store openings are met.
