Job summary

Pluxee is seeking an Affiliate Partnerships Representative in Lisbon to expand its network of childcare partners. This hybrid role involves identifying and onboarding nurseries, daycare centers, preschools, and other eligible institutions across Portugal, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring smooth onboarding with internal teams.

You will drive growth by building relationships with directors and decision-makers, maintaining CRM records, and meeting acquisition targets.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or account management is a plus.
• Interest in partnerships and business development.

Responsibilities

• Execute the partnership acquisition strategy for Pluxee Benefit network.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new childcare providers, including nurseries, daycare centers, preschools, and other eligible institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with directors, owners, and decision-makers within childcare organizations.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from lead generation and negotiation to contracting and onboarding.
• Expand geographical coverage and quality of Pluxee partners network across Portugal.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.
