Job summary

Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is hiring English-speaking Customer Support Advisors in Porto to assist customers by phone and chat, addressing accounts, billing enquiries and service questions. You will aim to resolve each contact completely the first time and record interactions in our CRM to help colleagues follow the history.

You should be organized, calm under pressure and genuinely interested in helping people, with rotating shifts. Training is provided to cover our systems and tone of voice.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Previous customer service experience is welcome but not essential.
• Rotating shifts apply.
• Be organised, calm under pressure and genuinely interested in helping people.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with accounts, billing enquiries and service questions by phone and chat.
• Aim to resolve each contact completely on the first interaction.
• Record every interaction in our CRM so colleagues can follow the history.
• Flag recurring questions to improve team knowledge.
