Work corp in Porto, Portugal is seeking an Online Consultant for its E-Commerce Platform to deliver exceptional customer service to online customers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and issues with orders, using strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This full-time role requires you to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, assist with pricing and navigation, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with logistics and marketing to improve the customer experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with online platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address any questions or concerns regarding their online orders.
• Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with navigating the online platform.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate to the appropriate teams if necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other teams such as logistics and marketing to improve the overall customer experience on the platform.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new features to better assist customers.
