Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C or finance operations
• Fluent German and English at C1 level

Responsibilities

• Process orders: handle customer orders and inquiries by email, accurately and on time
• Bill it right: generate invoices and credit notes in line with company policies
• Follow the cash: perform daily cash application of customer payments
• Chase what's due: monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices
• Support customers: resolve simple queries and escape complex disputes
• Close the books: assist with reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closing, and audits
• Keep data clean: maintain customer master data in the ERP
