Armatis Portugal is seeking French-speaking Support Specialists to join our Porto team. Candidates must reside in Porto and be fluent in French, with L1/L2 requirements including German or English IT context proficiency and prior support experience.

Working hours span Monday to Friday with some Saturday shifts. Compensation includes 14-month base salaries, monthly bonuses, meal allowances, and other benefits.

Qualificações

• Fluent French language skills are required.
• For L1: minimum B2 German or demonstrable IT knowledge.
• For L2: English proficiency in IT context and prior similar support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support to clients in Porto.
