Job summary

Worldwiders is seeking a Polish-speaking Technical Support Agent in Lisbon to deliver skilled customer and technical support via phone, chat, and email. You will document case details, maintain the English ticketing system, and help keep customers satisfied while expanding your IT skills and international career.

You must have native Polish (C2) and fluent English, be proactive and a strong team player, and handle data with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish language skills (C2) and fluent English.
• Experience in customer/technical support is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Polish-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email.
• Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information.
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues.
• Addressing customer escalations and documenting the process accurately.
• Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets.
• Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English.
• Representing the company and upholding its values.
