CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Polish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for a pet nutrition project in Lisbon. You will assist pet owners via phone, email and other channels, provide accurate product information, and aim for first-contact resolution in a multinational team.

• Native-level fluency in Polish.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support to pet owners via phone, email, and other channels.
• Respond to product-related inquiries and deliver accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently with first-contact resolution when possible.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and manage workload.
• Escalate complex issues to minimize business risk and contribute to continuous improvement.
