adidas Porto seeks a Specialist GBS Credit & Collections (Polish Speaker) to drive timely receivables, accurate payment allocations, and effective dispute resolution within a shared service context. You will collaborate with Sales/Finance to assess credit risk and release blocked deliveries.

Fluency in English and Polish is required; SAP and Excel experience is essential. The role emphasizes process standardisation and continuous improvement within adidas Europe shared services.

Qualificações

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in accounting / corporate finance area.
• Experience in a Shared Service environment.
• Proficiency in English and Polish in a business environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely collection of receivables with customers and stakeholders.
• Allocate payments accurately and timely.
• Follow up on discrepancies and resolve within a reasonable time.
• Manage customer relationships and perform root-cause analysis.
• Assess credit risk regularly to mitigate adidas risk.
• Review credit blocks and propose releases.
• Provide insight on accounts receivable to leadership and Sales/Finance.
• Track disputes and coordinate with departments until closure.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation.
• Keep desktop procedures updated per standards.
