Job Title: Polish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

About The Role

Are you fluent in Polish and looking to start or expand your career in one of Europe's most vibrant, sun-drenched capital cities? We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Polish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our multicultural team in Lisbon, Portugal.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for Polish-speaking clients, providing high-quality support through various communication channels (email, phone, and chat). You will help customers resolve inquiries, navigate products or services, and deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

This is a 100% on-site role located at our modern Lisbon office.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Assist Polish-speaking customers with queries regarding accounts, orders, service updates, and general information via email, phone, and live chat.
• Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Service Quality: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, clear, and empathetic communication.
• Systems & Logging: Accurately record customer interactions and account details in the internal database/CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and team leads to continuously improve service delivery and share best practices.

Requirements

• Language Skills:
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Polish (written and spoken).
  • Minimum B2 level in English (for training, internal communication, and system usage).
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory. Full training will be provided to help you succeed!
• Technical Aptitude: Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating digital tools and CRM systems.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a rotational shift system (5 days per week, 8 hours per day, covering time windows between 07:00 and 21:00).
• Work Arrangement: Willing to work fully on-site in Lisbon.

Compensation & Benefits Package

We offer two tailored contract options depending on whether you require relocation support to Lisbon:

Option A: With Relocation Package (Ideal for candidates moving to Lisbon)

• Gross Base Salary: €1,050.00 / month (paid 12 months per year).
• Accommodation Included: Private bedroom in a company-provided shared apartment, with all utility bills (water, electricity, gas, internet) fully covered.
• Flight Reimbursement: Initial flight ticket to Lisbon reimbursed upon completion of the probationary period.

Option B: Without Relocation Package (Ideal for candidates already living in Lisbon)

• Gross Base Salary: €1,237.83 / month (paid 12 months per year).

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

• Contracted Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week).
