Decskill, an IT consulting company with a multinational footprint, seeks a Business Management Officer to guide headcount planning, x-shoring governance, and data-driven decision support from Lisbon offices. You will build dashboards, analyse costs, and present executive updates to senior stakeholders.

You will lead governance reporting, drive transformation initiatives, and collaborate with managers across multiple countries.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in Banking, Strategic Consulting, Financial Planning Analysis, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Project Management, or similar environments.
• Proven ability to deliver business value through analysis, governance and transformation initiatives.
• Experience with organisational change and/or x-shoring is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualisation and reporting is mandatory.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
• Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex, international environment.
• Proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage headcount trajectory and workforce planning, including x-shoring strategy evolution.
• Link competence assessments to headcount planning and conduct gap analyses with managers.
• Coordinate x-shoring governance meetings with effective follow-up and reporting.
• Monitor progress on x-shoring initiatives, including savings and budget evolution.
• Develop dashboards and reporting covering x-shoring and Business Management Office activities.
• Perform data analysis on business topics, including cost trajectories and infrastructure cost drivers.
• Prepare governance presentations and materials for senior stakeholders.
• Improve governance reporting quality and links with other governance frameworks.
• Support transformation and organisational improvement projects.
• consolidate transformation initiatives into a structured programme with status reporting and budget tracking.
• Develop and improve SharePoint organisation and knowledge management.
• Act as a contact for organisational improvement initiatives across IT.
• Support transversal activities within the Business Management Office.
• Provide backup for selected activities and ensure coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on efficiency, collaboration, organisation, and operational excellence.
