Inetum is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Lisbon/Porto team, driving end-to-end IT project delivery in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment. You will own project objectives, coordinate contributors, and act as the primary contact to align with business commitments and governance.

The role requires hands-on technical knowledge in Linux, WebSphere, Oracle, Autosys, Cloud, Ansible and Kubernetes, plus experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in IT Project Management with strong knowledge of IT governance processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Technical expertise in Linux, WebSphere, Oracle, Autosys, CFT, Cloud, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace.
• Understanding of DevOps stack and CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); cloud fundamentals certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) or demonstrable cloud project experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira Portfolio.
• Basic knowledge of legacy tools including WebSphere, Autosys, and CFT file transfer.
• Strong ability to anticipate, plan, and deliver projects end-to-end respecting time, budget, and resource constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end IT project objectives aligned with business commitments.
• Steer the entire IT project lifecycle, coordinating all contributors and acting as the primary contact.
• Manage project delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards with governance.
• Steer project governance structures and provide full reporting to APS/ADM Management.
• Ensure Run The Bank Run and Application Support operations with defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide hands-on technical support in Linux, WebSphere, Oracle, Autosys, Cloud, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Anticipate risks and translate business needs into IT requirements; collaborate on security and obsolescence standards.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon or Porto

Main Tasks

• Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving IT project objectives in line with business commitments, strategic priorities, IT governance processes, and sponsor expectations.
• Steer the entire IT project lifecycle, coordinating all contributors and acting as the primary point of contact for the project.
• Manage project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, ensuring compliance with Group reference standards and architectures including Cloud integration, obsolescence management, and infrastructure resilience.
• Steer project contributors and manage budget (mandays), ensuring full project reporting to APS/ADM Management and implementation of governance structures (Business Validation, Monitoring, and Steering Committees).
• Ensure full autonomy of Run The Bank entities and Application Support for maintaining operational conditions, and define and validate SLAs and KPIs for the production support perimeter.
• Bring hands-on technical expertise in Linux, WebSphere, Oracle, Autosys, CFT, Cloud, Ansible, and Kubernetes to support Level 3 production activities (75% of the role).
• Anticipate and handle project risks, convert business needs into IT requirements, and collaborate with FinOps, Decommissioning, and Obsolescence functions to ensure security and financial standards are maintained.

Profile
