BindWorks in Porto, Portugal seeks experienced Platform Engineers to build Internal Developer Platforms and Kubernetes-based infrastructure for faster, safer software delivery.

You will develop reusable infrastructure components, automate provisioning, and enable self-service capabilities across engineering teams while advancing observability and security by design.

Qualificações

• Strong Platform / DevOps / Cloud engineering background.
• Kubernetes and Docker fundamentals with IaC know-how.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Linux proficiency and scripting/automation skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build Internal Developer Platforms to speed delivery.
• Develop reusable infrastructure components and Golden Paths.
• Build self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
• Operate Kubernetes-based platforms and automate provisioning.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and GitOps workflows.
• Improve Developer Experience and productivity.
• Incorporate observability, security and governance by design.
• Collaborate with Developers, SREs, DevOps and Security teams.

About The Opportunity

At BindWorks, we're looking for experienced Platform Engineers to build the platforms that enable engineering teams to move faster, safer and with greater autonomy.

You'll work on modern Internal Developer Platforms, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes and automation, improving Developer Experience across the software delivery lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Design and build Internal Developer Platforms
• Develop reusable infrastructure components and Golden Paths
• Build self-service capabilities for engineering teams
• Operate Kubernetes-based platforms
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment
• Implement Infrastructure as CodeBuild CI/CD and GitOps workflows
• Improve Developer Experience and engineering productivity
• Implement observability, security and governance by design
• Collaborate closely with Developers, SREs, DevOps and Security teams
