The Role

We’re looking for a Senior .NET Developer who doesn’t just write code — they think about systems, own outcomes, and push quality relentlessly. You’ll work on cloud-native platforms and enterprise-grade solutions for clients who need software that scales, performs, and lasts.

This isn’t a role where you pick up tasks from a backlog in isolation. You’ll contribute to architectural decisions, mentor less experienced developers, and have a real voice in how things are built.

What You’ll Do

️ • Design, build, and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs using C# and .NET 8

️ • Contribute to system architecture, solution design, and key technical decisions

️ • Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or AWS

️ • Work with Docker and Kubernetes in modern containerized environments

️ • Implement and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

️ • Ensure quality through unit testing, code reviews and engineering best practices

️ • Identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities

️ • Mentor junior developers and help build a strong, collaborative engineering culture

️ • Work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps and cross-functional teams

What We Need From You

️ • 5+ years of professional .NET development experience

️ • Strong hands-on knowledge of C#, .NET Core / .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, EF Core and REST APIs

️ • Experience designing and building Microservices architectures

️ • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes and containerized environments

️ • Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS

️ • Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps culture and practices

️ • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

️ • English B2+ — written and spoken

️ • Experience with messaging systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus, SNS/SQS

️ • Frontend exposure with Angular or React

️ • Knowledge of Clean Architecture, DDD, or hexagonal patterns

️ • Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

️ • Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience

️ • Interest or exposure to AI / LLM integrations
