Job summary

Fyld is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and operate reliable, scalable, self-service platforms that empower development teams to deliver software efficiently. Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps.
• Experience designing, implementing and operating cloud or internal developer platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, OpenTofu or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience building and maintaining self-service infrastructure or developer tooling.
• Good understanding of networking, security and identity in cloud environments.
• Experience with Git and Git-based development workflows.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash or similar.
• Understanding of Kubernetes workloads, deployments, services, ingress and configuration management.
• Experience with monitoring, logging and observability practices.
• Ability to automate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks.
• Strong understanding of reliability, scalability and infrastructure best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with software development and infrastructure teams.
• Fluency in English.
