Lynxmind in Lisboa is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and maintain self-service platforms on Kubernetes. You will automate lifecycle management of deployments and define reusable deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver reusable deployment patterns for internal teams
• Embed observability, security and resilience into platform foundations

Must-have

• Strong experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Proficiency with Helm, ArgoCD, Ansible or similar tools
• Ability to support multi-tenant environments with minimal ops friction
• Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with Backstage, Crossplane, or platform frameworks
• GitOps experience with ArgoCD or Flux
• CKA or other Kubernetes-related certification
