Job summary

WTW is seeking a CRB Platform Business Analyst to support the rollout of Global Tools for French stakeholders, notably Broking Platform and Risk Intelligence Central. You will gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholders maximize tool value while enabling data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with user access, and help drive adoption through training and ongoing support in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English.
• Strong analytical abilities to derive insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and propose solutions.
• Meticulous documentation and reporting.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with French stakeholders to understand needs for Global Tools.
• Assist in identifying and resolving platform issues.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for new features.
• Support administration of CRB tools: user access and permissions.
• Facilitate access to reporting and MI for decision-making.
