Willis Towers Watson (WTW) is seeking a CRB Platform Business Analyst to support the Global Tools rollout for French business stakeholders, including Broking Platform and Risk Intelligence Central.

You will collaborate with French stakeholders to gather requirements, help resolve issues, manage user access, and enable data-driven decision making through BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, in a hybrid Lisbon-based role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English.
• Analytical thinking to interpret data.
• Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Problem-solving abilities to develop solutions.
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with French stakeholders to understand needs related to Global Tools (Broking Platform and Risk Intelligence Central).
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth platform operations.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Support CRB tool administration, including user access and permissions.
• Facilitate access to reporting and MI for informed decision-making.
• Promote tool adoption through training and engagement.
