Willis Towers Watson is seeking a CRB Platform Business Analyst to support the rollout of Global Tools for French business stakeholders. You will work on the Broking Platform and Risk Intelligence Central, translating business needs into features and enhancements while resolving issues and enabling data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders, with a hybrid work model in Lisbon.

Competenze

Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English.
Analytical thinking to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
