WTW is seeking a CRB Platform Business Analyst in Lisbon to support Global Tools rollout for French stakeholders, focusing on Broking Platform and Risk Intelligence Central. You will gather requirements, analyze data, and ensure smooth tool operation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage user access, and support reporting and MI access to enable data-driven decisions while working in a hybrid setup in Lisbon.

The Opportunity

The CRB Platform Business Analyst is responsible for supporting WTW Global Tools rollout for French business stakeholders, especially Broking Platform and Risk Intelligence Central. This role is pivotal in helping stakeholders resolve issues and maximize the utility of these platforms while actively working on business requirements for new features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with French business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges related to the Global Tools, especially Broking Platform and Risk Intelligence Central.


• Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving issues that arise within the platforms, ensuring smooth operations.


• Business Requirements: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.


• Tool Administration: Support the administration of the CRB tools, managing user access and permissions as necessary.


• Reporting and MI Access: Facilitate access to reporting and management information (MI), ensuring stakeholders can leverage data effectively for decision-making.


• Support adoption of the tools: via creation and animation

Qualifications
