WTW is building a multi-domain Product Analyst function to translate business needs into working software. You will partner with a Product Owner and engineers to shape requirements, write user stories, and document acceptance criteria that guide delivery.

You will own UAT planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness, working with brokers, claims handlers and operations teams to ensure features deliver measurable value and adopt new practices.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a business analyst or product analyst on software delivery teams, with a record of taking requirements from ambiguity through to delivered, adopted features.
• Strong requirements craft: eliciting needs through workshops and interviews, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and mapping processes and data flows.
• Hands-on experience planning and running UAT – scenario design, test coordination, defect triage and sign-off.
• Experience working directly with engineers in agile delivery, and the judgement to know when a conversation beats a document.
• A clear communicator and facilitator, as credible with a broker or claims handler as with a developer.
• Data literacy – comfortable defining measures, interrogating data to test assumptions, and using evidence to make the case for a change.
• Organised and self-directed, able to run several threads at once and keep them all moving.

Responsabilités

• Shape ideas into clear, well-bounded requirements – run workshops, interview users, map processes to identify real needs.
• Turn PRDs and discovery outputs into actionable deliverables: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data flows for engineers.
• Define how success will be measured for each deliverable with acceptance criteria and evidence of value.
• Keep requirements current through build – capture changes and reflect delivered work.
• Maintain a well-groomed backlog with the Product Owner – stories refined, estimated and ready before planning.
• Be the squad’s first stop for requirements questions, resolving ambiguity quickly to keep momentum.
• Support the squad’s ceremonies – refinement, sprint planning and reviews with business context.
• Track delivery against PRD intent and flag scope/timeline drift early.
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing: define scenarios, brief testers, manage cycles to sign-off.
• Triage defects and feedback with the Product Owner and engineering team to separate must-fix issues.
• Support release readiness – walkthroughs, training material and operational checks for a smooth go-live.
• Feed UAT findings back into the backlog to improve future releases.
• Build trusted relationships with business teams and users across regions.
• Spend time in the field to observe work, gather feedback, and translate it into requirements.
• Translate business data requirements into consistent data schemas so metrics align.
• Support adoption after release with walkthroughs and follow-up.
• Define and track measures with Product Operations – adoption, usage and outcomes.
• Report progress with candour: data, user feedback and recommended changes.
• Contribute to the Product Analyst cohort with templates and standards.
