Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Support Platform Engineer to join our teams on an international project focused on platform operations, automation, and continuous improvement. You will contribute to reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of a MuleSoft integration platform, driving automation and capacity management.

The role involves automation development with Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting, with opportunities to work remotely and grow through our mobility and training

Qualificações

• Experience with Terraform and OpenShift is valuable.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve service efficiency.
• Implement automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Shell Scripting.
• Manage platform capacity and performance ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Design self-healing and auto-remediation mechanisms for recurring issues.
• Support incident management and continuous improvement for platform stability.
