Decskill, an IT consulting company with a global reach, is growing and searching for a MuleSoft Platform Specialist to join our Lisbon/Porto operations. You will oversee platform operations, drive automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable, scalable services.

You bring 5–7 years in MuleSoft platform management, hands-on with Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, and CI/CD tools (ArgoCD).

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management (platform operations, not API development)
• Proven expertise with MuleSoft Flex Gateway (Omni Gateway)
• Strong experience with automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Shell or similar)
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift (container platform management)
• Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably ArgoCD
• Strong understanding of API security standards and implementation (OAuth, OpenID)
• Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational best practices
• Experience in platform automation, self-healing, and auto-remediation solutions
• Strong knowledge of capacity management, performance optimization, and scalability
• Ability to identify and automate repetitive operational tasks
• Experience in continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in an international environment
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Fluency in English (C1 level)
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days on-site)
• Availability for on-call support and occasional work outside standard hours
• Willingness to travel occasionally or support short-term assignments abroad
