Decskill is seeking a MuleSoft Platform Operations Engineer to manage and support the Anypoint Platform in production environments. The role emphasizes platform operations, incident handling, and proactive monitoring within a hybrid work model.

You will work with OpenShift/Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines, contributing to reliability, security, and runbook documentation while collaborating with distributed teams across Europe.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and supporting MuleSoft Anypoint Platform in production with focus on platform operations.
• Proven experience in L2 application/platform support, including incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and SLA-driven resolution.
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft platform administration, deployment processes, runtime troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Experience with MuleSoft Flex Gateway / API Gateway concepts (Omni Gateway a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes environments, including deployments, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD practices (Argo CI/CD a plus).
• Basic knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud environments and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Solid understanding of API security mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT).
• Experience with ITIL processes and IT service management.
• Ability to analyze application logs, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Experience creating operational docs, runbooks, knowledge base articles and recovery procedures.
• Basic scripting/automation to improve operational tasks.
• Understanding of XML, JSON, WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs (nice to have).
• Networking concepts: load balancers, firewalls, VIPs, certs lifecycle (nice to have).
• Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow (nice to have).
• Fluent English (C1) communication.
• Hybrid work capable: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
