Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design and implement AI agent workflows and production-grade automation. The role focuses on orchestration, MCP, evaluation frameworks, and robust CI/CD delivery across the SDLC.

Strong skills in Python, TypeScript, IaC, and cloud platforms are essential, with English at C1 for effective collaboration in a multinational team. The position supports a hybrid work model with on-site days in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra.

Formación

• Over 8 years of proven software engineering experience with senior/lead-level responsibilities.
• Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents in production environments, including orchestration, MCP, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with cloud infrastructure (GCP) and IaC (Terraform).
• Experience developing internal developer platforms, CLIs, or workflow engines, with SDLC understanding.
• English level at C1 for effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic development workflows, tools, and automation across the entire SDLC.
• Develop and integrate AI agents, encompassing orchestration, tool use, MCP servers, and context engineering.
• Implement robust evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and quality checks to ensure reliable outputs.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and developer tooling.
• Integrate AI-powered workflows with enterprise systems like Jira, source control, and CI platforms.
