Danone in Lisbon invites motivated students or graduates to join our commercial team and support daily operations across requests, claims, and commercial agreements, ensuring proper documentation and cross‑team alignment.

You will monitor stock levels, assist in service performance, and prepare reports to support decision making, while maintaining communication with field teams and wholesalers to ensure product availability and timely issue resolution.

Qualificações

• Current student or graduate with a degree in Business, Management, Economics, Pharmacy or related.
• Analytical mindset, strong communication, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and proficient Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support follow-up of customer requests, claims, and commercial agreements with proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and service performance to identify risks and improvements.
• Maintain regular communication with field teams and wholesalers for product availability and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate and track activities with clear cross-team alignment.
• Prepare reports and update operational data to support decision-making.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team on day-to-day projects.

About you

• You are current studying or have completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, Pharmacy or other related.
• You have an analytical mindset, communication skills, and detail-oriented.
• You are fluent in English.
• Your Excel level is high.
