A Danone, multinacional de alimentação, procura estagiário(a) para apoiar funções de marketing e análise de dados em Lisboa. O candidato ideal tem perfil analítico, boa comunicação, foco no detalhe e fluência em inglês.

É valorizado um nível elevado de Excel e o desejo de aprender numa empresa internacional orientada para a saúde e qualidade alimentar.

Qualificações

• Cursando ou concluída licenciatura em Gestão, Economia ou áreas afins.
• Mentalidade analítica, boa comunicação e orientação para o detalhe.
• Proatividade e iniciativa, com capacidade de antever necessidades e propor soluções criativas.
• Fluência em inglês.
• Nível avançado de Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Apoiar o monitoramento de desempenho da marca através de KPIs, insights de consumidores e análise de vendas.
• Apoiar projetos de Desenvolvimento de Produtos desde o conceito até o lançamento.
• Auxiliar na coordenação de agências externas.
• Apoiar a análise de desempenho da concorrência e o tracking de comunicações.
• Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a manutenção de dashboards, relatórios e ferramentas analíticas para KPIs de negócio e marca.

Main responsabilities:

• Support brand performance monitoring through KPI tracking, consumer insights and sales data analysis, helping to identify opportunities and contribute to recommendations and action plans.
• Support Product Development projects from concept to launch by assisting with market research, consumer insights gathering and performance analysis to aid decision-making.
• Assist in the coordination of external agencies.
• Support competitor performance and communication tracking through quantitative and qualitative analysis, contributing to the identification of market opportunities, risks and best practices.
• Support the development and maintenance of marketing dashboards, reports and analytical tools, tracking key business and brand KPIs to help evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategic recommendations.

Sobre você

• You are current studying or have completed a degree in Management, Economy or other related.
• You have an analytical mindset, communication skills, and detail-oriented.
• You are proactive and initiative-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs and propose creative solutions to challenges.
• You are fluent in English.
• Your Excel level is high.
• And above all... you are eager to learn in a multinational like Danone :)
