A Danone, com foco em saúde através dos alimentos, procura um(a) estagiário(a) com formação em negócios/ gestão para apoiar a equipa comercial.

Esta função envolve acompanhar pedidos, monitorizar stock e colaborar com equipas internas para garantir disponibilidade de produtos e melhoria contínua. O perfil solicita fluência em inglês e Excel avançado.

Qualificações

• Estudar ou ter concluído grau em Negócios, Gestão, Economia, Farmácia ou área relacionada.
• Mentalidade analítica, boa comunicação e atenção aos detalhes.
• Inglês fluente.
• Nível avançado de Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Acompanhar pedidos de clientes, reclamações e acordos comerciais, garantindo que as informações sejam devidamente documentadas e partilhadas com as equipas relevantes.
• Monitorizar níveis de stock e desempenho do serviço, ajudando a identificar riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.
• Manter comunicação regular com equipas de campo e grossistas para apoiar disponibilidade de produtos e resolução de questões atempadamente.
• Colaborar com stakeholders internos para coordenar e acompanhar atividades-chave, assegurando comunicação e alinhamento entre equipas.
• Preparar relatórios e actualizar dados operacionais para apoiar a tomada de decisões e monitorização de desempenho.
• Fornecer apoio administrativo e operacional à equipa comercial em atividades diárias e projetos.

Main responsabilities:

• Support the follow-up of customer requests, claims, and commercial agreements, ensuring information is properly documented and shared with the relevant teams.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and service performance, helping to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with field teams and wholesalers to support product availability and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help coordinate and track key activities, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.
• Prepare reports and update operational data to support decision-making and business performance monitoring.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team on day-to-day activities and projects.

Sobre você

• You are current studying or have completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, Pharmacy or other related.
• You have an analytical mindset, communication skills, and detail-oriented.
• You are fluent in English.
• Your Excel level is high.
