Job summary

A Danone em Lisboa procura um(a) estagiário(a) para apoiar o acompanhamento de pedidos e acordos comerciais, assegurando registo adequado de informações e colaboração com equipas internas.

Também irá monitorizar stock, desempenho do serviço e apoiar a coordenação de atividades com stakeholders, contribuindo para a disponibilidade de produtos e melhorias operacionais.

Qualifications

• Estudar ou ter concluído licenciatura nas áreas mencionadas.
• Raciocínio analítico, boa comunicação e atenção aos detalhes.
• Fluência em inglês.
• Nível avançado de Excel.

Responsibilities

• Acompanhar follow-up de pedidos, reclamações e acordos comerciais, assegurando que a informação esteja bem documentada.
• Auxiliar no monitoramento de níveis de stock e desempenho do serviço, identificando riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.
• Manter comunicação regular com equipas de campo e grossistas para apoiar disponibilidade de produto e resolução atempada de situações.
• Colaborar com stakeholders internos para coordenar e acompanhar atividades-chave, assegurando alinhamento entre equipas.
• Preparar relatórios e atualizar dados operacionais para apoiar a tomada de decisões e o desempenho do negócio.
• Fornecer apoio administrativo e operacional à equipa comercial em atividades diárias e projetos.

• Support the follow-up of customer requests, claims, and commercial agreements, ensuring information is properly documented and shared with the relevant teams.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and service performance, helping to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with field teams and wholesalers to support product availability and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help coordinate and track key activities, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.
• Prepare reports and update operational data to support decision-making and business performance monitoring.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team on day-to-day activities and projects.
