Martinhal Sagres Beach Family Resort is hiring a Human Resources Administrative Technician (M/F) to support our people in a luxury family resort setting. The role focuses on HR operations, coordination, and providing the tools our teams need to succeed with a strong emphasis on hospitality ethics and staff wellbeing.

Proficiency in Portuguese and English, a team-oriented mindset, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Portuguese, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of English language.
• Strong team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, initiative, and sense of responsibility.
• Computer literacy from a user perspective, namely in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Valid driving licence.
