Qualificações
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
- Commercial mindset with ROI and trade-offs focus.
- 2–5 years in analytics, consulting or performance management.
- Proficient in KPIs, metrics and performance frameworks.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skills.
Responsabilidades
- Own performance analysis for HR Centres of Excellence and portfolio areas.
- Prepare robust analysis to inform governance and investments.
- Build dashboards and packs that tell a concise story for executives.
- Improve reporting processes and automate recurring activities.
- Track value delivery and benefits realisation across HR initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights for prioritisation and planning.
